Depends of what you want to do really The first sketch looks more like a calm introduction, for like something that will follow it, or just a calm picture overall. The second one adds more drama to it, kind of like a darker way to represent the sign, as if you need to avoid grassy areas, and the following area is just messy, creepy or just a problem.
Definitely the second sketch. The perspective, if given the right lighting, gives the scene the sense of foreboding and doom that the sign warns about.
