DD Suggestion Don'ts

Disclaimer: Like my DD guidelines, these are largely preferences (the no policy violations being the sole hard-fast rule here).  So they may not generalize to other CVs  But that's okay; we're all different and have different tastes!  And that's how we continue to bring you guys a variety of art in the DDs section

I have set out my guidelines both on my page in brief and in full HERE, which gives all of you lovely people who suggest me DDs an idea of what I am looking for.  But there are a few things I am most certainly NOT looking for, which might be worth mentioning, especially since everyone wants their suggestions picked.  So why not up the chances?

1. Quantity.  
Okay let me explain this one.  I LOVE getting DD suggestion notes.  What I do not love is getting 10+ notes with 5 thumbs each FROM THE SAME PERSON in LESS THAN 5 hours.  Because this tells me that you're throwing everything you find in your inbox at me.  This sort of note spam rarely contains anything omg amazing, and usually contains okay but not DD-able works.  I'd rather people take time and really look for one great work than send me 75 thumbs in one day.  Quality always

2. Bad anatomy.  Painfully bad.
Please stop sending me girls in physically impossible poses designed to show off their squishy bits.  If my initial reaction is "is her hips connected to her spine?" I'm not DDing it.  Examples: eschergirls.tumblr.com/tagged/… (some may not be safe for work).
Note: This is not a war on sexy, this is a war on improper anatomy Note2: I am saying females specifically because I have yet to encounter this problem with fan art of males.  But let's keep it that way; I'd rather not encounter this problem anymore than I already do

3. Photorealism without references.
I like honesty and there is no shame in using a reference.  If it's not listed it's not getting DDed.  If you want to suggest a piece like this, please ask the artist first if they used a reference and if so, suggest that crediting is a polite thing to do (and suggest this politely) .

4. Porn.
I got 3 suggestions featuring full blown porn during my hiatus.  As this was against policy, I reported them and I will not consider DDing anything that violates policy.  For reference: FAQ #565: You prohibit the submission of 'pornographic imagery'; what do you consider this to be?
