My entry for the Winter Expo 2011 Gallery. I got an e-mail a few minutes ago saying I was accepted! It's a shame I can't got to Chihuahua, México and see my work printed there though. But `Thiefoworld said he would be posting pics, so no regrets!

I know there are some mistakes here and there and I feel there's still a lot of things I have to improve when it comes to my illustration skills. To be honest, I ended up hating this yesterday because of it, but the acceptance e-mail was a good confidence boost.

Que hermosa imagen!!

Me ha encantado el vestido que lleva la chica. Eres muy buena texturizando. Y ni se diga del fondo. Realmente hermoso y especial. ¿Comó le haces para darle esos efectos?

La mayoría del fondo fue hecho con pinceles customizados. El link lo puedes encontrar en la descripción. Y bueno, la textura del vestido simplemente fue pintar el vestido en un layer a parte y aplicarle la textura con un layer mask.

Lo revisare entonces. Yo pense que usabas una tecnica especial o algo así para hacer los efectos. Nunca me imagine que usabas pinceles.
